N64 controller joy stick problems?
Okay so i have a n64 controller and i have to hold up the joystick in order to move in the game, if i dont it ends up falling down in the hole and doesn't work but i can still rotate it, i took it apart and whats a good stable item that i should put against the controller joystick to keep it from failling down again?
Why is my driver software failing to install?
Every time I plug in a flash drive or my USB iPad connector it fails to install. It is not a hardware issue because it works with other devices (mice, controllers, joysticks, ect.) But not my flash drive or Apple USB mobile device. Does anyone have any fixes for this?
LM35 Temperature Sensor Termination?
Hi, Does anyone know if an LM35 temperature sensor can be connected directly (or via a cable) to a Sestos D1S temperature controller or is another piece of circuitry required? I am currently using in air a PT100 probe but it is too large and therefore inaccurate for my use.
Temperature range is around 20 to 40 degrees celsius.

can i somehow rig a regular Xbox controller to work on a ps3?
i love the Xbox controller design but every xbox360 iv owned got the ring of death within 2 months after warranty expired, so there junk to me. so i got a ps3 and a Power A controller (for the similarity to Xbox controllers) but anyway is it possible to take a regular Xbox wired controller and somehow exchange the USB plug end from the Power A controller to the Xbox controller? will it even work? im asking before i try =P
thats what the Power A controller is, but its just not the same
and the reason i want to use this specific controller is because it has the pro buttons and settings on the bottom, so say i was playing a FPS game (like COD MW3) i can reload without taking my fingers off of the thumbsticks
dont forget, its a "regular" Xbox controller im talking about lol as in the first Xbox
the answers im looking for is, can i cut the USBs off of each controller and wire them up too work, are there the same number of wires in each cord, and how to do it if its possible
Help with college major?
I want to be an air traffic controller when I grow up. It's the second semester of my junior year and counselors are making it very apparent that it's time to start thinking about my future.
To be an air traffic controller, would it be more ideal to enroll in a school FAA approved or attend a regular 4-year majoring in aviation? I'm in a college preparation program called AVID and the foundation for all four years of high school was to motivate us to apply to 4 year universities. I live in town called Temecula, just about an hour from San Diego, California. The closest school, meaning the cheapest, is Mt. San Antonio, but it's a community college. Nothing wrong with that, but AVID has molded "4 year university" in my head since the first day of freshman year.
The next closest would be San Jose State, but I'm not looking to go too far and the next closest is Arizona State University, but living out of state, it's quite expensive.
So I guess my overall question is, to become an air traffic controller, is it more ideal to enroll in a school that is FAA approved or major in aviation in a better 4-year university?

What would this old game console be worth?
So i have a WORKING Atari 5200 game console, with 3 controllers. I know their are only 2 controller ports, but one controller was broken, so we got a replacement, and then eventually fixed the broken one. Also I have a collection of working games for it, including River Raid, Pac Man, Kangaroo, Qbert, and some more. What do you think it would all be worth if i sold it together, console, 3 controllers, and those four games?
