Why does Dark souls for ps3 say data corrupted?
I just bought Dark souls the video game for PlayStation 3. When i installed it, it said saved data corrupted. I tried different games and they had all my saved data on them. I haven't had a chance to play dark souls because it won't let me at the main menu. Any advice or suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Playstation 3 problems?
Okay, So My PS3 doesn't let me do anything! It doesn't play games, doesn't allow playstation home to work.. It doesn't even let go to downloadable games, NOTHING. Is there any way I can get this fixed Thanks.

I would love to buy the house in Windhelm. Now I know that you have to complete the Blood on the Ice quest, but first things first.
One, I joined the Imperials instead of the Stormcloaks long ago but haven't yet finished their questline. I've have read on The Elder Scrolls Wiki that you could either join the Stormcloak Rebellion and complete the Rescue from Fort Neugrad quest or join the Imperial Legion and finish the entire questline until you capture Windhelm. But someone said that if the player has already completed Season Unending & the Stormcloaks were given Falkreath,then it will be impossible to buy the house as there will be no Rescue From Fort Neugrad quest when sided with the Stormcloaks, I don't know if this concerns the Stormcloaks or the Imperials.
Two, if I do the Blood on the Ice quest first or capture Windhelm? Because I would like to get rid of the blood stains in there too.
Three, if I capture Windhelm with the Imperials first should I go ahead and buy the house before the Blood on the Ice quest?

PlayStation 3 Issues! Please help?
Mkay, so I bought a PlayStation 3 20gb with backwards compatibility two days ago and 3 games to go with it: Uncharted, Fallout New Vegas and Call of Duty World at War. I also had a PS1 game that I tried first and it worked great, but when I tried the PS3 games, they kept messing up. In Uncharted, drake started flashing red and blue and then it froze. In COD, it started flashing green, white and black pixel glitches and Fall Out just froze on the first loading screen. Any one know whats wrong? And please, only serious answers, Thank you.
Also, I updated the software when I hooked it up to the internet, hoping that would fix it, but it didn't.
Playstation wireless stereo headsets?
Are the sony wireless stereo headset any good? I was thinking about gettings these so I don't wake the wife and kids up when ever I do late night gaming thanks.
What is a better console?
I'm thinking of getting a pre-owned console, either a PS3 or an Xbox 360. I'm not an excessive gamer, hence why I want a pre-owned console, as the only games I would be playing would be mainly the batman games, final fantasy and things like that. I've had an Xbox 360 before, but I'm curious to know which one would be better for just general gaming? I've found they are around the same price pre-owned in places like game and game station so it's nothing to do with price, more reliability. I love my playstation 2, but the only reason I want a new console, is because the games I want to play aren't available on the consoles I currently own (nintendo wii, nintendo ds, playstation 2 etc)
So yeah, opinions one which is more reliable and things will be helpful!

What to do with a broken/dead PS3?
My playstation 3 broken/dead and I had to take it apart to get my game out of it (YLOD). I can probably put it back together, but it would still need $150 worth of repairs.
What should I do with my broken/dead PS3? Just throw it in the trash or recycle it somehow?
FYI...I had to take it apart to retrieve a game that was still in the disk player.
PSX disc won't read on PS2...?
I've been trying to play Final Fantasy IX lately, and the disc won't read on my PlayStation 2 at all. However, the disc reads perfectly on my PlayStation 3, which I'm not allowed to take out of the family room since my Dad also uses it. The disc is clean, so I don't understand why it won't work on my PS2. Other games I own, like FFVII, GTA: Vice City and Kingdom Hearts all read. Is there any way to fix it so I can play my game?
