FFX on emulator - problem?

I am playing FFX on emulator (pcsx2 0.9.8) and and it runs prety well.. untill i get to Kilika Island when Yuna does the sending and then when Lulu tells Tidus what is "the end". And after the short movie the screen goes black and........ thats it.. The game doesnt continue... :| The screen just stays black.. I tried downloading the game from different places + tried with the original disc (i have it, but i dont own ps2 anymore so i use emulator)... Can any1 help me? How can i make it work? Q_Q

How to set up esr on mac, for torrents?

i have downloaded torrents of MY OWN previous ps2/1 games and am having alot of trouble mounting them on my mac, which is all i have. but every time i try and then put them in my ps2 esr says invalid media in drive, im using sony dvd -r discs burning x4 from disc utility and toast titanium 11 and a disc patcher that so called works on mac, it patched a game in less then a second, is this right or does it sound dodgy? and the games i have tried have been ps2 ones, no mdfs, i have tried looking up a solution but they all have dead ends, please help, i need the torrent way, not actually ripping from the disc itself too, and all the torrents i am using are from games i previously owned but have broken, so can someone please help, plus have a ps2 slim, and i checked the model its 90002 8b so it is the last remaining model that still works with fmcb

Need serious help with saving game on Chrono Cross for PS1?

I finally got my PS1 memory card in the mail. I also have a brand new copy of Chrono Cross. My PS2 is working perfectly fine. Last night, I played a good 2-3 hours before I went to bed. I couldn't find a "Record of Fate" thing, so I saved on the Overworld Map. It said I saved my game and everything. Today, I go to open my save file...and it says "No previous save found". WTF?! So I go to my browser, open up the memory card, and it says I have a save game. Today, I played until I got the first chance to go the map...and I saved again. I reset the console instantly to see if it worked, and it did. However, I let it go. Several hours later, I go to play my game, and the save file is gone again. Can someone please help me? Also, please please tell me where the Record of Fate(s) is/are. I can't save with the one in Arni because the people are standing in the way. WTF again?! I've been waiting years and years to play this game again. No, I will not use the emulator. The emulator is bullcrap, so don't even suggest. Please...help. Thank you.

Ok so I just bought a new PS2 DDR Pad. And just bought DDR Extreme 2 for the PS2. The game works fine but my pad doesn't respond at all. When I step on arrows, buttons or start or select. It's a soft non-slip pad. Is it just broken already or is there something I can do to fix this?
