Where can i get one of these? (read description)?
I want to get a handheld device that will send messages/calls to other people with this similar device. Maybe even possibly download games on it. And add my favorite music artists to it! Can I find one of these with a camera?? Where can I buy one? Everybody has em. Thanks!
Is there a handheld printer device?
I am looking for something, I'm not quite sure how to describe but I'll try my best.
I was thinking of something that works similar to those old calculators that have the spools of paper and print as you calculate, but i wanted it to be able to type letters like a typewriter, i also would like it to be handheld or relatively small so that i could take it with me, and type out notes whenever i feel like it.
I know there are a large variety of digital devices that i could take notes with, but i wanted this to be able to print off notes and give them to people ( Like phone numbers and such ).
I also know there are a bunch of handheld labelers, but i would like it to be able to print with ink, and not the labelling tape.
If anybody knows where i can buy one, or how i could build one i would appreciate it.
I have one of those old calculators i mentioned above, i also have a handheld labelers, if i could somehow use parts from these to build it that would be fine.
Trying to remember a game?
This might be kind of vague but: it's been a long time since I played this game and now it's really bugging me. From what I remember the game was a tactical type (Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics), I'm fairly sure it was a handheld game as well. But don't remember which console, assuming DS/GBA. From what I remember of the story: A girl who had naturally silver/white hair, being forced to dye her hair red because of local people ridiculing her for it. Then there was a boy, her friend that comforted her and such...
I know it's kind of vague, but how many handheld, tactical games can have a red haired girl that was naturally silver hair?
Which camcorder should I get?
I've been looking at camcorders for about a month now, but I don't know which one to get. I've barely had any experience with them so I'm not sure what's good. All I know is that I want good SOUND quality where you can't hear all the background noises (air conditioning, etc.). I also want good battery life.
I've come down to 3 choices.
1. Sony HDR-CX190 Handycam Digital HD Video Camcorder, Black. $300 but I have a $30 off coupon so $270. I've seen a lot of reviews from different store customers and mostly 5 star ratings. It seems good.

2. SONY HANDYCAM® DCRSX45 SD MEMORY CARD CAMCORDER - BLACK. $187.99. This one ranges from 3 to 5 stars. It's not HD, not sure how good the quality is.

3. Panasonic High-Definition Mini Handheld Camcorder (HXDC2) - White. $229.99. This one seems as good as the first one, but cheaper and the design is different (don't know if it's better or not). Would the sound quality be the same?

My parents want me to get the cheaper one because I tend to get tired of things after a while. But I may make films with it to post onto YouTube.
Which one would be a good choice for a beginner filmmaker? And if I do get one, I won't be getting a new one for about 5 years. Which one will last and would still be worth it for those 5 years?
Thanks for your opinion!
Could anyone explain what these mean (specifications from the site)? Like which audio would be better?
1.Mic Level Control:Yes (2steps)
Microphone/Speaker:Built-in Zoom Microphone; Monoral Speaker
3.Audio Recording System:AAC (2ch)
Microphone:2ch stereo

How Does This Work (LED Torches)?
I was looking to make a handheld lantern type torch with 40 White LED's, but i've been told i'd need loads of batteries. How does this work to be powered by just 2AA batteries? http://www.heartlandamerica.com/browse/item.asp?product=powerbeam-100-led-flashlight&PIN=129549&GUID=FA3AE6C2-DC44-4BFC-A2CB-A6B8FB528CA1&BC=S&DL=SEH9
What do I need to power 40 LED's?
I am looking to make an LED handheld light with 40 LED's in a bottle like container. What type of resistors would i need? I am looking to stay with rechargeable batteries, but 9V batteries would be fine. I am looking to not exceed a too large size. Can someone explain or draw a schematic for me please?
What type of fittings/bits are needed to make a RABBET cutout?
Hey there. I am wanting to make a RABBET cutout with a handheld-base router. So no router table here.
Is this possible for me to do and if so, what fittings/bits do I need to do this? What are the fittings/bits
called is what I mean. I will deal with size and everything else later.

"New" ORIGINAL Gameboy handheld.?
I've been seeing images of a new original Gameboy that's coming out, except it's made with all new technology. The style and everything looks just like the original, but it's thinner and it has no place for a game cartridge; instead it can be plugged into the computer to download any of the original Gameboy games directly onto the device.
I've also seen something similar for the original NES, with a similar shape but sleeker design that comes with USB flash drives you can download the games on and then plug into the system instead of the game cartridge.
I want to look more into these "new" systems, but I can't seem to find any information about them. Has anyone seen these and/or knows anything about them?
