Using 'Just Dance' to lose weight?
Alright.
So, I'm a 14 year old, 5'4", and (about) 138 lbs, pear shaped body.
But in May, (in 4 months) I would like to weight 110.
I'm a vegetarian, so I try to get my protein from protein shakes, and I try to eat healthy. But as for exercises, I do Just Dance 3 on my Wii. I know it might sound lame, but I love dancing, and I'm not very consistent on running and stuff. So I was thinking, about 1 hour in the Wii everyday, dancing, will that work for losing 28 lbs, in 4 months?
Any advises or tips of and kind would be great!

I have alot of wii games and only 1 xbox game..so i wanted to know if you could put a wii game in an xbox 360 without ruining the game or the xbox.kk bye
Has anyone had results using Wii Fit Plus?
I'm not looking to make any drastic changes, but I figure since my little sister got the wii fit plus recently for us both to use, I may as well give it a shot and play around with it.

How do i fix my wifi router connection!?
